Siirtoruuvi is getting a new PEMA robotized welding station to increase their production. The robotized welding station includes parametric PEMA WeldControl 300 OFFLINE software and CellControl 700. Siirtoruuvi’s station will be implemented as floor track construction with 10 000kg rotating body handling capacity
Lehtosen Konepaja, which belongs in the same group, will also receive a wielding station in the same delivery. Lehtosen Konepaja is expanding its production and a new sheet metal and wielding hall is under construction. The new hall’s lift height will be 10.2 metres and it will have 2x10t and 2x30t overhead cranes from Satateräs with a total lifting capacity of 100t. The hall will be equipped with a PEMA robotized welding station.
Innovative programming technology guarantees rapid re-programming of the robot and makes manufacturing varying workpieces efficient. Pemamek’s welding automation solutions increase competitiveness significantly. Robotized stations improve the production capacity of individual parts due to rapid programming, decrease the need for manual welding and at the same time increase safety and ergonomics.
The robotized stations will be delivered in the summer 2017 and fully installed by the fall 2017.
